“Hello, my name is Doaa and I am working now for Etisal
international. After I graduated from faculty of law I worked
as a secretary for 3 months but the job wasn’t interesting at all, so I decided
to apply to 2 multinational companies one of them was
Etisal.
Etisal offered me to work as a call center agent. At
that time and to be honest; I don’t know the reason for choosing to work for Etisal over the other company except that
I heard about its good reputation in KSA, but today I thank god for making this
decision and the reason for this is that I found a very warm environment in this
company which made me feel very loyal to this place, but this wasn’t the only reason,
because in Etisal I found a great chance for my career
development as well as that I always found support and appreciation which really
motivated me to perform better.
