  Etisal employs highly experienced professionals in the call center and the outsourcing business. Our experience spans many different industries and we have in depth experience in handling human resource-intensive projects in Egypt and Saudi Arabia for Multinational companies.

Our agents are university graduates with multi lingual capabilities including
Arabic, English, French German and Italian
 
The call center agents are selected after multiple stages of interviewing and tests (computer, language) and ensure all aspects of good customer services and sales attitude. 

All agents receive extensive initial training as well as ongoing training on the customer service and telesales techniques as well as the processes of each specific project.

Etisal has developed a retention program that includes a clear career path, appreciation programs and social programs to create a family environment within the company enabling our agents to perform their jobs well. As Etisal focus on recruitment, we adjust our retention with exit interviews to identify problems early on and establish its solutions
