  Our dedicated training department develops and conducts training for each project to mix the main components leading to agents’ ability to handle calls professionally
 
 
 
Each training session ends with a testing a certification processes to ensure agents competencies are sufficient for the project.

Our trainers get trained on client’s products and processes during the start-up phase then Etisal takes on training from then onward.

The language and culture training aims at neutralizing accents and familiarizing agents with the culture of the client’s country.
