Etisal celebrated in January 2008 the first year anniversary of operating the McDonald’s home delivery call center operations. The call center receives home delivery requests, logs the order, sends it to the most appropriate restaurant and follow-through until successfully delivered.

Riadaa group is finalizing the legal procedures to establish a new company “Hands-On” specialized in Management consulting.
   
Hands-On has its branches in the USA and Egypt and the Saudi Branch will enable Riadaa group to address a new segment of the market with all sort of management consulting services.
